Our condenser supply status is as follows:

1. The two pipe ends of the condenser should have unpainted ends of 20-30mm and be kept clean and free of oil stains.

2.The nozzles at both ends of the condenser should be sealed with rubber plugs, and the pipes should be filled with nitrogen gas and kept under pressure. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the inflation pressure is 0.02 MPa to 0.10 MPa.

Packaging and labeling requirements are as below:

1. The condenser is packaged in corrugated cardboard or wooden boxes, and the condensers should be separated by corrugated paper or other soft materials to prevent movement and friction inside the box.

2. The condenser packaging should have clear and firm markings. The identification content includes: manufacturer name and address, product model, name, trademark, production date, quantity, weight, volume, etc. If a turnover box is used for packaging, the outer surface of the turnover box should be firmly labeled, indicating product model, name, production date, quantity, and other contents.
